La client\u00e8le fran\u00e7aise appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement le fleuron de notre assortiment, \u00e0 savoir le homard UHP.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais n&rsquo;a plus de secret pour nous. M\u00eame si le march\u00e9 du poisson surgel\u00e9 est extr\u00eamement concurrentiel, nous avons les moyens de nous imposer \u00bb, explique J\u00e9r\u00f4me Mathieu, responsable d\u00e9veloppement du march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais. \u00ab Nous sommes excessivement flexibles en termes de production. Personnellement, je suis responsable des ventes pour la restauration et l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire. Isabel Lein s&rsquo;occupe du commerce de d\u00e9tail, tandis que Jessie Vanlanduyt g\u00e8re l&rsquo;administratif. Nous parlons tous la m\u00eame langue et travaillons sans interm\u00e9diaires. Nos clients fran\u00e7ais y sont tr\u00e8s sensibles. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><em>Isabel Lein<\/em><em>:<\/em> \u00ab Nous sommes d&rsquo;ailleurs pratiquement aussi rapides que nos concurrents fran\u00e7ais en termes de livraisons. La fronti\u00e8re fran\u00e7aise se trouve \u00e0 moins d&rsquo;une heure de Zeebruges. Les d\u00e9lais de livraison sont fix\u00e9s par contrat. La plupart des commandes sont livr\u00e9es sous deux jours. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUELLES DIFF\u00c9RENCES ENTRE LES MARCH\u00c9S FRAN\u00c7AIS ET BELGE?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Isabel Lein<\/em><em>:<\/em> \u00ab Les diff\u00e9rences sont \u00e0 peine perceptibles. Les Fran\u00e7ais sont friands de crustac\u00e9s. Ils appr\u00e9cient particuli\u00e8rement le c\u00f4t\u00e9 innovant et qualitatif de notre homard UHP cru. Quant au homard surgel\u00e9 cuit, il ne s\u00e9duit gu\u00e8re le segment haut de gamme. Le lancement du homard UHP par Picard Surgel\u00e9s a connu un \u00e9norme succ\u00e8s, au point que tous les d\u00e9taillants le r\u00e9clament. Enfin, le consommateur fran\u00e7ais ne consid\u00e8re pas les surgel\u00e9s comme des produits de moindre qualit\u00e9. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>EN FRANCE, QUELS SONT POUR VOUS LES PRINCIPAUX ENJEUX?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>J\u00e9r\u00f4me Mathieu<\/em><em>:<\/em> \u00ab La situation \u00e9conomique est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre stabilis\u00e9e. Tout le monde exige le prix le plus bas, ce qui rend la concurrence excessivement dure. Heureusement, la France est un march\u00e9 porteur, ce qui nous permet de grignoter des parts de march\u00e9. Quel que soit son secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, toute entreprise qui cherche \u00e0 s&rsquo;implanter \u00e9prouve des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se faire un nom et une client\u00e8le. Les Fran\u00e7ais sont quelque peu protectionnistes et n&rsquo;accordent pas facilement leur confiance. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>QU&rsquo;EN EST-IL DE LA DURABILIT\u00c9? S&rsquo;AGIT-IL D&rsquo;UNE PR\u00c9OCCUPATION FRAN\u00c7AISE?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>J\u00e9r\u00f4me Mathieu<\/em><em>:<\/em> \u00ab Moins qu&rsquo;en Belgique! On constate n\u00e9anmoins un int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour la question. En fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, un documentaire consacr\u00e9 au saumon et diffus\u00e9 sur une cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision fran\u00e7aise a suscit\u00e9 \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de r\u00e9actions. Nous avons tous les atouts en main pour y parvenir: une ligne de sciage totalement automatis\u00e9e \u00e0 Zeebruges, des contacts \u00e9troits avec des partenaires situ\u00e9s aux quatre coins du monde et la chance de poss\u00e9der notre propre label. Afin d&rsquo;augmenter et am\u00e9liorer notre visibilit\u00e9, nous participons \u00e0 de nombreuses foires et faisons beaucoup de prospection.
