Plus de septante coupes diff\u00e9rentes sont possibles. La d\u00e9coupe \u00e0 mesure est d\u00e9sormais la norme. \u00a0<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Qui dit nouvelle unit\u00e9 de sciage, dit plus-value exceptionnelle\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pittman Seafoods est une entreprise familiale r\u00e9solument moderne pouvant se targuer de quelque vingt-cinq ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience. Afin de pouvoir transformer des blocs de poissons strictement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s en produits vendus au poids, l&rsquo;entreprise de Zeebruges a opt\u00e9 pour une ligne de sciage flambant neuve fabriqu\u00e9e par l&rsquo;entreprise allemande \u00a0Nienstedt et dot\u00e9e des derni\u00e8res avanc\u00e9es technologiques. L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tant d&rsquo;\u00eatre encore plus pr\u00e9cis et de devenir le partenaire industriel par excellence.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re ligne de sciage a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en service en 1994 et la deuxi\u00e8me a d\u00fb \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e apr\u00e8s dix ans d&rsquo;utilisation. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il est arriv\u00e9 que les machines tombent en panne et mettent en p\u00e9ril le planning et la production<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, explique Kevin Martony, responsable de la production chez Pittman Seafoods. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude approfondie, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;investir dans une nouvelle unit\u00e9 de sciage. Nous nous sommes adress\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise allemande Nienstedt, dont le si\u00e8ge se situe \u00e0 Haltern am See et leader mondial en mati\u00e8re de transformation de produits alimentaires congel\u00e9s.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-EN-1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un investissement d&rsquo;une telle ampleur ne se prend pas \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous avons propos\u00e9 \u00e0 Pittman Seafoods une ligne de sciage enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e comportant trois machines<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, indique Uwe Pinz, Vice-Pr\u00e9sident chez Nienstedt. \u00ab\u00a0<em>La &lsquo;Log Saw PC 2100&rsquo; permet de d\u00e9biter des grands blocs de poissons congel\u00e9s de 7,5 kilos en portions d&rsquo;une largeur de 40 \u00e0 160 mm. La &lsquo;Plank Saw PC 3106&rsquo; scie horizontalement et d\u00e9bite au maximum sept tranches d&rsquo;une \u00e9paisseur minimum de 8,4 mm. Enfin, la &lsquo;Portion Saw MS 4000&rsquo; d\u00e9bite\u00a0 les tranches \u00a0en portions et en cubes \u00e0 partir de 3,5 grammes.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>FLEXIBILIT\u00c9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles machines sont en conformit\u00e9 totale avec les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne les plus strictes. De surcro\u00eet, une fois mont\u00e9e, la ligne de sciage est parfaitement modulable. \u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>Si un appareil suppl\u00e9mentaire est n\u00e9cessaire, nous pouvons l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer sans encombre<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, ajoute Kevin Martony.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FORMATION ET ENTRETIEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9quipe a fait le d\u00e9placement de Haltern am See \u00e0 Zeebruges afin de former les personnes concern\u00e9es au maniement de la ligne de sciage automatis\u00e9e. \u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>La formation fait partie int\u00e9grante de notre concept<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, confie Uwe Pinz. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Si le client le souhaite, nous dispensons m\u00eame une formation technique relative \u00e0 l&rsquo;entretien.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pittman Seafoods se charge du nettoyage quotidien et de l&rsquo;entretien courant des machines.
